1. Processing and Availability
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. This timeframe depends on immediate stock availability. Should there be any exceptional delay, we will contact you promptly to keep you informed.
2. Shipping Costs
We apply a flat shipping rate for each geographic region. The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed during the final step of the checkout process, before you confirm your payment.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, the average delivery times are:
- Portugal (including Islands): 48h to 72h (business days).
- Spain: 3 to 5 business days.
- European Union: 5 to 10 business days.
4. Secure and Tracked Shipping
For your peace of mind, all our shipments are registered and include a tracking number. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details to follow your delivery in real-time.
5. Damages and Lost Shipments
We take full responsibility for the shipment until it reaches you. If the packaging shows visible damage upon delivery, please note it on the carrier’s delivery slip. In the event of a confirmed lost shipment by the carrier, we guarantee a replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Re-shipments caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges.
